Chris Dittrich

Chris Dittrich is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as a Computer Operator at Generations Federal Credit Union since May 2016, Chris provides first-level support to approximately 300 users, managing user accounts on various platforms. Previously, as a Field Support Analyst at United States Steel Corporation, Chris was responsible for IT support for both office and remote users, including hardware setup and installation. Chris also worked as an iOS Senior Advisor at Volt Technical Resources, offering remote support to Apple iOS device users and acting as a subject matter expert. Early career experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Lowe's Companies, where Chris assisted customers with troubleshooting and inventory management. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
