Patrick Welberg

Patrick Welberg is an experienced executive in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the President and CEO of Penrith Home Loans since April 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of EVP of National Sales at Peoples Mortgage Company for a brief period in early 2023. Patrick's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Academy Mortgage Corporation, where roles included Executive Vice President and Head of Production, as well as Senior Vice President from October 2016 to September 2022. Educational credentials include attendance at Eastern Oregon University and Lewis & Clark College.
