Kim Routh

Kim Routh has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles within the senior living industry. Kim began their career as a National Sales Manager at Wolff Services from February 2015 to June 2016. Kim then joined Enlivant and held various positions including Community Relations Manager from October 2018 to September 2019, Divisional Sales Specialist from September 2019 to November 2021, and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for the Idaho-Washington region from November 2021 to July 2023. Currently, they serve as the Regional Sales Director at Generations, where they collaborate with leaders and teams to drive marketing and sales efforts to achieve and exceed occupancy goals while prioritizing Generations' mission, vision, and values.

Kim Routh attended several universities for their education. In 1994, they enrolled in North Idaho College, followed by Montana State University-Northern in 1996. From 1997 to 1998, they studied at Rockhurst University. In 1998, they transferred to the University of Missouri-Columbia. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Gonzaga University in 2000.
