Initially a Music Major, Marletta later changed her focus to Hotel & Restaurant Management, beginning her hospitality career at just 19 years of age. Her depth of experience in sales, operations, and task force leadership at Prism Hotels, Pillar Hotels & Resorts, Aimbridge Hospitality, and NewcrestImage, prior to joining SPIRE, enables her to maximize yield and pinpoint the best growth opportunities for each hotel.
