Welcome to Generative Coaching! I am Jacquie Reid, a Seattle-based certified coach with global reach. After a fulfilling career as an HR leader in several Fortune 50 companies, I've discovered my true purpose: coaching leaders, individuals, and teams to navigate life's transitions and pivotal moments. Through the dynamic process of coaching, I’ve gained a profound understanding of the intricacies of leadership, organizational dynamics, and the transformative power of unearthing possibilities. I launched Generative Coaching to extend my reach and broaden my impact. Through real-world experience, study, and certification, I have developed two main areas of focus for my coaching practice: Leadership Coaching and Transitional Coaching - and the spaces where they intersect.
