Dominique Florian

Dominique Florian currently serves as the Head of Construction Development at both Generator and Freehand Hotels, overseeing global construction developments across Europe and North America, while supporting the brand's expansion into Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Prior experience includes roles at JLL, where Dominique held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Director for Integrated Workplace Services and Project Management Team Lead, managing significant projects such as a $45MM R&D campus development in the UK and a $300MM campus redevelopment in Europe. Previous roles also encompass project management positions at ChandlerKBS, focusing on various hospitality projects, and experience as a Construction Site Manager at seele for the UBS Headquarters development. Dominique holds a Master’s Degree in Project and Enterprise Management from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Transport Management from Aston University.
