Sarah Firman (Jelfs)

Sarah Firman (Jelfs) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently an Associate Partner at Generator Talent since August 2022, Sarah previously served as People and Change Manager and People and Culture Manager - Global at Jurlique from September 2015 to December 2020. Prior to that, Sarah held multiple positions at UGL Limited, including HR Central Manager, HR Manager, Group, and HR Business Partner from May 2011 to August 2015. Additionally, Sarah worked as an HR Advisor at Deutsche Bank from June 2010 to March 2011 and as an Advisor Group HR Services and HR Coordinator at Clarius Group from 2005 to November 2009. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southern Cross University.
