Aiyana Fideles

Aiyana Fideles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and innovation roles. Currently serving as the Strategy & Innovation Lead at Generika Drugstore since January 2022, Aiyana manages strategic initiatives and oversees innovative projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. A prior position as Strategy Lead involved gatekeeping new ideas and developing business models, while earlier experience as an Innovation Specialist included managing high-impact projects and conducting competitor research. Previously, Aiyana worked as an Inside Sales Representative at GRB Enterprises, Inc., leading lead generation and account management for the 3M Food Safety Department. Aiyana's career began with an internship at the Department of Science and Technology, where significant contributions were made in production and quality control. Aiyana holds a BS in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
