Michel Fleury

Michel Fleury, P.Eng., PMP/CAPM Candidate, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they work as a Project Lead at Generix Group North America. Before that, Michel held various positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Head of logistics, flows optimization, and transport agreements. Michel was responsible for managing transportation contracts, supporting logistics operations, and producing key performance indicators. Additionally, Michel worked at RONA as a Senior Logistics and Transportation Analyst, where they conducted analysis and formulated recommendations for the logistics delivery network and distribution channels. Michel also served as a TMS Project Manager, leading a team of transport and logistics experts during the implementation of a new transport management system. Michel's previous experience includes roles at Groupe CAT as a Transport and Customer Relations Manager, where they maintained and developed a portfolio of customers and assisted with major accounts. Michel also worked as a Flows Engineer and Head of Marketing Department, conducting reengineering studies and providing optimization recommendations. Prior to that, Michel worked at Société de Gérance de Wagons de Grande Capacité SA as a Project Manager and Functional Analyst, responsible for the development of functional requirements for a transport software. Michel also worked as a Junior Industrial Consultant at Lore (groupe Altran), where they assisted with quality assurance management and process optimization. Michel's career began at Altis Semiconductor, where they worked as a Process Engineer Intern, responsible for microelectronics production processes.

Michel Fleury, P.Eng., PMP/CAPM Candidate, obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Electrochemistry from Grenoble INP - Phelma in the years 1998 to 2001. In 2006 to 2007, they obtained a Certification in Automotive Logistics from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Additionally, Michel Fleury is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, obtained in the year 2012.
