Carolyn Bojanowski

Carolyn Bojanowski has extensive experience in the retail and eCommerce sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Merchandising for the US at SEPHORA since May 2005. Throughout their tenure at SEPHORA, Carolyn has held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for General Merchandising and eCommerce, and Vice President of Sephora.com Merchandising. In addition to their role at SEPHORA, Carolyn serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Genesco since February 2023. Prior to their time at SEPHORA, Carolyn held multiple positions at Gap Inc., including Merchant for Old Navy.com and various roles in Kids merchandising. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish Literature with a minor in Economics from Wellesley College, graduating in 1999.
