Kelly McColl is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial portfolio services, currently serving as Vice President and Commercial Portfolio Services Manager at Tompkins Community Bank since 2003. Located in the small hamlet of Mumford, New York, about 20 miles from Rochester, New York. First opened to the public in 1976, the authentic 19th-century Historic Village features costumed historians breathing life into relocated and restored historic homes, farms, shops, and other public buildings.
