Melissa Moyer has extensive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on leadership and strategic direction. Melissa is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Genesee Scientific, where they are responsible for building excellence in people operations and implementing processes to enhance engagement, talent acquisition and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this, they held the same role at Antylia Scientific, where they provided HR leadership and strategic direction to build organizational capabilities. Melissa also has experience as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Cole-Parmer, the Director of Human Resources at Aurora Health Care, and the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, formerly Life Technologies. Melissa's work in these positions encompassed various HR functions such as employee relations, policy development, compensation and benefits administration, and talent management. Melissa began their career as an HR Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they oversaw multiple manufacturing facilities and led a team of professionals in HR, safety, health and wellness, and organizational development and training. Melissa's experience spans over 25 years, and they have consistently demonstrated their ability to drive employee engagement and development while achieving business goals.

Melissa Moyer holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Marquette University. Melissa completed their studies in 2002. Prior to this, Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Marquette University in 1992.
