Susan Edlinger

Susan Edlinger, M.ED. MCEC, is the President of Susan Edlinger & Associates, an Executive Coaching and Consulting organization established in August 2005, which focuses on aligning individuals and teams for effective execution. In addition, Susan serves as an Associate Coach for Global Coach Group and a Certified Coach for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, both since March 2017. As a Leadership Consultant for Genesis Advisers since June 2016, Susan specializes in global leadership development. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources & Training and Development at Ryland Homes and Manager of Training & Development at Intel. Susan's extensive background in organizational development includes a longstanding position as Principal Organizational Development Consultant at UCLA Medical Center. Education credentials include a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Arkansas, complemented by certification as a Global Leadership Coach.
