Brent Schwartz

Brent Schwartz has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at PTS, Inc. until 2010. Brent then joined PEAK Technical Staffing USA as a Recruiting Manager/Account Manager from 2010 to 2016. Following this, Brent served as the Chief Operating Officer at FreeRateUpdate.com LLC from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Genesis AEC, where they lead and oversees talent acquisition company-wide, shapes talent acquisition strategy, and builds and develops a high-performing talent acquisition team.

Brent Schwartz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they studied abroad at the Universidad de Granada, focusing on Spanish and Spanish History.
