Tomas Lievens

Tomas Lievens is an experienced social policy economist currently serving as the Managing Partner of the Human Development practice at Genesis Analytics, one of Africa's largest economics consulting firms. With expertise in quantitative research, mixed research methods, and health financing, Tomas focuses on service delivery and equity in health and education outcomes. Prior to this role, Tomas was the Director of the Social Policy Programme at Oxford Policy Management, managing a team of 75 consultants and advising on various fiscal questions and sustainable financing strategies. Tomas holds an Engineering degree from the University of Leuven in Belgium and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham in the UK.
