Dean Macisaac

Dean MacIsaac is a Client Success Manager at Genesis since April 2022. Previously, Dean worked as an Innovation Project Manager at Eastern Health from February 2020 to October 2022. Before that, Dean was the Owner of Palletworks NL from January 2017 to February 2020. Dean also served as a Manager - Process Improvement at Eastern Health from September 2011 to December 2014. With a Master's degree in Technology Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland and various certifications in Change Management, Project Management, and Lean Six Sigma, Dean is experienced in facilitating business delivery and driving change by engaging individuals.
