Grady Mathews

Grady Mathews, CCIM has over 15 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Grady is currently working as the Co-Owner and Principal Broker at Genesis Commercial, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm. Prior to this, Grady owned and operated Mathews Real Estate Investments (MREI). In 2019, they co-founded Stay ADM, a hosting concierge service for short-term rentals. From 2014 to 2023, Grady held various roles at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, including Principal, VP and Vice President. Before that, they served as the Director of Leasing and Marketing at Bentonville Plaza, a large-scale development in Arkansas, and as a Senior Associate & Director at Newmark Grubb Arkansas. Grady Mathews' extensive experience spans from sales and marketing to brokerage and investment, demonstrating their expertise and versatility in the real estate industry.
