Cleber Roberto dos Santos

Cleber Roberto dos Santos, MSc, PMP, PSM, ASF, SPC has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Cleber Roberto began their career as a System Analyst and Software Developer at AFIP Medicina Laboratorial in 2004, where they worked until 2006. Cleber Roberto then joined SIACorp as a Project Coordinator, managing projects related to Operational Risk Management and Compliance for banks and financial market companies. Cleber Roberto was responsible for all aspects of project management, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, human resources, communications, and procurements.

In 2008, Cleber joined BM&FBOVESPA as a Senior Project Manager. Cleber Roberto managed programs and projects related to the integration and modernization of BM&FBOVESPA's clearinghouses and the upgrade of the Integrated System of Administration for Brokerage Houses (SINACOR).

From 2012 to 2016, Cleber worked at BRQ as the Head of Projects and PMO Manager. Cleber Roberto also served as an Enterprise Lean Agile Coach, leading Agile transformations and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

In 2017, Cleber joined Laureate International Universities as an Enterprise Lean Agile Coach. Cleber Roberto led the Agile transformation for the entire organization, coaching at all levels and implementing Agile principles and practices. Cleber Roberto also led value stream identification and mapping, as well as launching Agile Release Trains.

Since 2019, Cleber has been involved in various roles at Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC. Cleber Roberto initially served as the Head of Information Technology and Business Agility in LATAM. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Agility and Digital Transformation in LATAM.

Throughout their career, Cleber has demonstrated expertise in Agile transformations, Lean Portfolio Management, project management, and technology implementation. Cleber Roberto has also conducted training and certifications in SAFe and provided coaching and mentoring to senior leadership, managers, scrum masters, and other stakeholders.

Cleber Roberto dos Santos has a comprehensive education history. In 2016, they obtained a Master's degree in Administration with an emphasis in Finance from FECAP. Prior to that, in 2010, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from UNIBERO. In 2005, Cleber earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Additionally, in 2013, they attended the International Language Academy of Canada for a Business English program. Cleber also holds multiple certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and various SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications including SAFe 5 Certified Program Consultant (SPC) and SAFe 5 Certified Agilist (SA).
