Iana Afanaseva

Iana Afanaseva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Iana started their career with Mary Kay in 2005 as a Coordinator of Directors Support Group. In 2006, they joined COMSTAR-UTS as a PA to the Vice President-CTO, where they improved business processes, managed the VP's calendar, and gained a strong understanding of telecommunications terminology. Iana then worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a PA to the Vice President on Business Development, providing administrative support and sales administration to key accounts. Iana joined Metalloinvest in 2008 as a PA to the GM of Hamriyah Steel FZC, where they handled legal, financial, and commercial project issues and provided technical documentation translation. From 2011 to 2013, Iana was a Business Assistant to the President's Adviser at Sberbank, assisting in the implementation of the Sberbank 2.0 project and coordinating events and travel arrangements. Iana then moved to Sberbank CIB as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Corporate Lending & Project Finance, where they managed administrative and HR procedures for a team of 80 employees and was responsible for delivering materials for the Weekly Loans Committee. Currently, Iana is working at Genesis Digital Assets as a Business Development Assistant.

Iana Afanaseva obtained a diploma in languages (English and Spanish) from Yakutsk, from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Moscow Business School from 2013 to 2015.
