Kathleen M.

Kathleen M. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kathleen most recently worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Genesis Digital Assets, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Kathleen held the same position at KNR Therapy from October 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for new hire onboarding, training, orientation, and various HR administrative tasks.

Before that, Kathleen worked as a Fractional HR Administrator at Griffin Resources from May 2021 to December 2021. Their responsibilities in this role included HR/payroll administration, talent recruitment, analytics, organizational development, and providing advice and support to clients.

Kathleen M. pursued their Bachelor's of Liberal Arts and Science degree in Black Studies and Psychology from SUNY New Paltz from 2001 to 2006. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled at Queens College and obtained their Master of Arts (MA) in Urban Studies/Affairs.
