Bhargavi Kotte

Bhargavi Kotte has a diverse work experience. Bhargavi has worked as a Retail Operating Model Implementation Lead at Genesis since July 2022, where they ensure effective governance and collaborates with the Retail Leadership Team. Prior to this, they served as a Delivery Coach at Genesis Energy, coaching teams in agile practices and mentoring product owners on backlog management.
