Ella Liang

Ella Liang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and customer insights, currently serving as a Customer Insights Analyst at Genesis since May 2021. Previously, Ella worked as a Data Analyst at Flick Electric Co., where key contributions included analyzing performance data, reducing customer churn, and developing user-friendly dashboards for senior management. Ella's analytical skills were further honed during a project internship as a Data Scientist at BRANZ, focusing on data cleaning and trend forecasting. Ella began a career as a Petrochemical Engineer at CNOOC (TSINGTAO) HEAVY OIL PROCESSING ENGINEERING RESEARCH CENTER, where analyses of crude oil properties were conducted. Ella holds a Master’s degree in Applied Data Science from the University of Canterbury and a Master's degree in Engineering from the China University of Petroleum.
