Michael Eschenbruch

Michael Eschenbruch is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in asset management and reliability engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager - Asset Management at Genesis since August 2014, Michael has held multiple roles including Innovation and Analytics Manager and Asset Analytics Manager, focusing on digital twins, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Previous positions include Senior Asset Management and Modelling Engineer and Reliability Engineer, with responsibilities encompassing data analytics, maintenance strategy development, and ISO 55000 alignment. Michael's career began at ABB New Zealand as a Graduate Engineer, after earning a Master's Degree in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering from Monash University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Waikato.
