Nina Zhang

Nina Zhang is a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager at Genesis since January 2019, overseeing the management of property assets and land in alignment with strategic objectives. Previously, Nina served as a Property Manager at both Genesis and Evolve Education Group, effectively managing leasehold portfolios and ensuring timely negotiations of lease renewals and rent reviews. Nina started career at Colliers International, initially as an Executive Assistant supporting a team of industrial brokers, and later as a Research Analyst providing high-quality market research. Nina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Property from the University of Auckland.
