Benie George

Benie George has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles within the IT industry. Benie started their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 1996 as a Consultant and then moved to Cap Gemini as a Manager in 2000. After that, they worked at BearingPoint as a Manager from 2005 to 2006.

In 2006, they joined Landry's Restaurants as an Oracle Applications Lead before transitioning to Stanford Financial as an Oracle Applications Support Manager, where they managed a team of Oracle Developers, Business Analysts, and QA/Testers. Benie then moved to Southwestern Energy in 2010, where they served as the IT Team Lead, overseeing the Oracle HCM, Security, and Supply Chain Teams.

In 2013, Benie joined KBR, Inc. as an IT Manager, responsible for leading the Oracle R12 rollout of various HR modules, such as Core HR, iRecruitment, Talent Management, ESS/MSS, Payroll, and OTL.

Currently, Benie works at Genesis Energy, L.P. as the Director of Enterprise Applications. In this role, they are responsible for project management, including a system migration from SAP to Oracle EBS. Benie has managed various modules, including Oracle Financials, Projects, Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), Manufacturing, and FDA Compliance.

Benie George attended Haverford College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
