Russell Widner

Russell Widner's work experience begins in 1988, when they worked as a Technician for Farwest Corrosion Control Company. Russell then joined Ultramar Diamond Shamrock in 1990 as a Senior Corrosion Specialist, where they managed the corrosion control program for pipelines, terminals, and a refinery. In 1999, Widner worked for Eltech Systems Corporation as a Manufacturing Technical Representative, where they were responsible for technical sales, managing the development of the Eltech Lida Products Ground Bed Design Center, and designing effective cathodic protection systems. Widner then joined MESA in 2000, first as a Technical Sales Representative and later as a Corrosion Control Regional Manager. At MESA, they supervised pipeline personnel, managed contracted projects, and provided technical support for joint venture companies. In 2009, Widner worked at Polyguard Products as a Business Development Manager. Their responsibilities included developing new business opportunities. From 2010 to 2017, Widner worked as the Gulf Coast Regional Manager for Farwest Corrosion Control Company. Currently, Widner is employed at Genesis Energy, L.P. as a Corrosion Control Manager, a position they have held since November 2017.
