Chris Lyon

Chris Lyon has a comprehensive work experience in the field of accounting and contracts. Chris started out as a Staff Accountant at Genesis Engineering Solutions in September 2010 and served in that role until December 2013. Chris then advanced to the position of Sr. Accountant from January 2014 to November 2017. In November 2017, they were promoted to the role of Accounting and Contracts Manager, where they oversaw all accounting and contracts department matters. Chris reported directly to the Executive Board and was responsible for reviewing and signing off on contract documents and financial reports. In 2017, they joined Genesis Engineering Solutions, Inc. in the same role of Accounting and Contracts Manager.

Chris Lyon completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Computer Science from James Madison University between 2005 and 2010. Chris then pursued their higher education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from 2015 to 2019.
