Sylvester Wellington

Sylvester Wellington is an experienced educator and leader in both the International Baccalaureate (IB) and sports development sectors. Currently serving as the IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, IB Career-Related Programme Coordinator, IBDP Design Technology facilitator, and Whole School Teaching and Learning Coordinator at Genesis Global School since July 2023, Sylvester also holds multiple positions with the International Baccalaureate, including IBEN Programme Leader and IBDP Visual Arts Examiner. Additionally, Sylvester is the Chief Executive Officer at The Wells Lounge and a Test Administrator with The College Board. Previous roles include Personal Project Coordinator, Product Design Teacher, and Head of Art Department at Tema International School, along with significant contributions to rugby development in Ghana as President of the Rugby League Federation Ghana and Development Manager for both the Rugby League Federation Ghana and the Rugby League European Federation. Sylvester holds a Bachelor of Arts in Metal Product Design from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is pursuing a Master of Education at the University of the People.
