Martyn Snook

Martyn Snook has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Martyn started their career in 1997 at Deutsche Bank as a Project Manager, where they managed the integration of a new trading platform and implemented various trading systems. Martyn then worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2001 to 2013, holding positions such as Director and Project Manager in the Cash Equities Technology department. During this time, they managed teams, designed and implemented systems, and oversaw strategic solutions for trading, sales, compliance, and supervision. In 2014, Martyn joined HSBC as an Execution Consultant/Strategist, leading a $6 million project for the US Equities High Touch and Program Trading desks. Martyn subsequently joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 2017 as a Consultant Equities Technology. Martyn's most recent role is with TradeStation, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading strategic initiative projects, primarily focusing on Crypto-related initiatives. Currently, they are working at Genesis Global as the VP of Application Delivery.

Martyn Snook earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from Loughborough University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they hold certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Agile Scrum Alliance™, obtained in 2019, and PMP from PMI Project Management Institute, obtained in 2017.
