David Pazda is a seasoned fitness industry professional with extensive experience in franchise sales and club management. Currently serving as Franchise Sales Manager at Aira Fitness and National Franchise Sales Manager at HIIT 5 PERFORMANCE since September 2024, David has previously held key management roles at several fitness organizations, including General Manager at Crunch Fitness and UFC GYM, as well as at Retro Fitness and XSport Fitness, among others. Notably, David has achieved significant sales performance and operational success, including consistently exceeding sales goals and driving profitability across multiple facilities. David holds multiple certifications from NASM and the National College of Exercise Professionals, along with an associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Northwestern College.
