Jeff Bloominger

Jeff Bloominger is a seasoned project management specialist with extensive experience in the healthcare and engineering sectors. Currently, at Genesis Health System since September 2012, Jeff manages construction and significant maintenance projects within the Planning and Construction Department. Prior to this role, Jeff spent two decades at PCT ENGINEERED SYSTEMS, LLC, starting as a mechanical technician and progressing through mechanical design and engineering, focusing on custom equipment and process improvement projects. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Iowa, earning this qualification between 1987 and 1992.
