Joshua Binkley M.s.h.l.s.

Joshua Binkley M.S.H.L.S., NREMT-P, EMS-I serves as Operations Manager and Shift Captain at Genesis Healthcare System, overseeing emergency medical services and advanced dispatch operations since August 2017. In addition to these roles, Joshua Binkley is an EMS Instructor at MID-EAST CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY CENTERS since June 2021 and has previous experience as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer with the Defense Logistics Agency. Throughout a diverse career, Joshua Binkley has held various positions including soccer official for the Ohio High School Athletic Association and the United States Soccer Federation, Division Leader at Primerica, EMT-I at Community Ambulance Service, and security officer at New Orleans Private Patrol Service, Inc. Military service with the US Navy includes experience in police and corrections. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Homeland Security from Trident University International and multiple degrees in business and emergency medical services.
