Allison Kelly

Allison Kelly, MHA, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience that spans various healthcare settings and roles. Allison began their career at Island Sun Tanning in 2009, where they served as a Manager until 2011. Allison then transitioned to Beach Bum Tanning as a Manager for a brief period in 2011. In 2009, they also worked at Walt Disney World as a Merchandise employee until 2012.

Starting in 2012, Allison gained experience in the healthcare field at Kennedy University Hospital, where they worked as a Guest Service Coordinator until 2014. Allison then joined BAYADA Home Health Care in 2013 as an Associate in the Leadership Development Program, focusing on revenue cycle analysis and staff training.

In 2014, Allison moved to SerenaGroup, holding two roles simultaneously: Regional Director, overseeing operations for multiple wound care and hyperbaric oxygen centers, and Program Manager at The James Klinghoffer Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Treatment at Deborah.
