Austin Cole

Austin Cole is a seasoned professional in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Director of Admissions at Hackett Hill with Genesis since April 2022. In this role, Austin manages customer flow, oversees the admissions process, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet census goals. Previous experience includes an Administrator in Training position at Village House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and roles in outside operations and client services at Belmont Country Club, where customer service and employee mentorship were key responsibilities.
