Bridget Wise

Bridget Wise has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Bridget started their career as a Recruiter at Claus Temporaries Of America Inc in 2008 and later joined Job1USA as a Recruiter in 2011. Bridget then worked as a Human Resources Admin at Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Bridget went on to become the National Recruitment Manager at Job1USA, where they managed job boards, built and managed client relationships, and implemented recruiting strategies. At Sparrow Health System, they served as an HR Coordinator, overseeing the recruitment process and onboarding new hires. Bridget then worked at ProMedica as a Regional Recruiter, handling full cycle recruitment for the organization. Currently, Bridget is a Corporate Lead Market Recruiter at Genesis, with responsibility for recruiting top talent. In 2021, they also worked as a Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker. Bridget has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of recruitment and has experience working at different levels, from entry-level positions to executive roles.

Bridget Wise holds a Certified degree in Human Resource & Talent Management from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, which they completed in 2023. Bridget also pursued Human Resource Management at Lourdes University starting from 2009. Bridget studied Real Estate at Hondros College of Business until 2020. In addition to this, they earned a Law degree from The University of Toledo in 2014. Prior to higher education, Bridget received their High School Diploma from Sylvania Northview High School in 2006.
