Deborah Rowe

Deborah Rowe has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Deborah started their career in 1991 as the Director of Clinical Services and Director of Human Resources at Bay Area Health Care, where they were responsible for clinical supervision, program development, and staff management. In 1997, they joined Interim HealthCare as an Administrator/Manager, overseeing a licensed home health/staffing agency and later managing a large supplemental staffing account. In 1998, they joined Genesis and held various roles, including Senior Director and Vice President of Nursing Workforce Development, where they received awards for financial responsibility and talent acquisition. In 2014, they returned to Genesis HealthCare as Vice President of Genesis Staffing Services.

Deborah Rowe received their MS. BS degree in Nursing and Health Care Administration from Towson University from 1978 to 1982. Deborah also obtained a Supervisory Leadership Certificate from Loyola College. Additionally, they have a certification in Genesis HealthCare Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
