Isaac Lefkowitz

As President of Barcley Dwyer Co, Isaac Lefkowitz works with healthcare industry senior leadership and operations management teams to develop and build client partnerships. He brings nearly 35 years of executive financial and operational experience within the healthcare and public accounting industries, including 25 in healthcare Utilization Management.

Mr. Lefkowitz has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for New York Medscan where he was responsible for strategic planning, marketing, human resources, provider contracting and network development, accounts payable, accounting and finance, investor and banking relations, public and community relations, operational and financial assessments, and client contracting and relations. While at Medscan, he was instrumental in building accountability for contract compliance through ongoing monitoring, database development, budget systems, and staff development and grew the company from six hospital clients to 30, with a client retention exceeding 95%.

Prior to Medscan, Mr. Lefkowitz worked in the child/adolescent and adult behavioral health industry for seven years, serving in the role as Controller and Vice-President of Financial Operations for Maskil El-Dal, a not-for-profit.
