Lisa Yost

Lisa Yost has extensive experience in talent acquisition, primarily working at Genesis. Lisa started their career at Genesis in 2001 as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition and later moved up to become the Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2022, they joined CareerStaff Unlimited, a Genesis company, as a Regional Director. Lisa then returned to Genesis later that year as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Overall, Lisa has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Lisa Yost has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Alvernia University. Lisa also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Joseph's University. In addition, Lisa has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Genesis in 2019.
