Rick Wills

Rick Wills is an experienced IT professional with over two decades in systems engineering, network administration, and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Genesis since May 2020, Rick has a strong background in enterprise messaging solutions, managing a Microsoft Exchange environment, and leading the transition to G Suite. Previous roles include Solutions Architect at Arraya Solutions and various positions related to system and network administration at Genesis HealthCare and other organizations. Rick holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has demonstrated expertise in leveraging automation, managing extensive infrastructures, and supporting complex enterprise systems throughout their career.
