Peter Winchester

Peter Winchester serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Laboratory Management since July 2022 and previously held the position of Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Genesis Biotechnology Group from March 2017 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Laboratory Operations at Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC from May 2000 to March 2017. Peter's expertise encompasses the operation and administration of CAP-accredited laboratories, including divisions such as Molecular, Microbiology, Serology, and Pathology. Responsibilities have included developing standard operating procedures, managing quality control and assurance programs, overseeing personnel and equipment selection, and leading regulatory inspections. Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Rutgers University - Camden, obtained in 1999.
