Cliff McKinley

Cliff McKinley is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Superintendent of Human Resources at Genesis Minerals Limited since April 2025, where HR support and guidance are provided to a diverse team aligned with the Genesis ASPIRE Values. Prior to this role, Cliff held the position of Superintendent of People and Administration at Red 5 Limited from April 2022 to December 2024, leading a team of 10 in developing and implementing HR strategies. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of People and Culture at Evolution Mining, where HR was managed for an expanding workforce following an acquisition, and as Manager of Human Resources for the City of Cockburn, overseeing a team across various HR functions in a growing council. Earlier in the career, Cliff was the General Manager of Human Resources for Boral Construction Materials, leading HR efforts for a large organization with over 14,000 employees. Cliff holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Edith Cowan University and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from QUT.
