John Ridley

John Ridley is an experienced logistics coordinator with a background in IT and customer support. At Endeavor Managed Services from December 2020 to July 2024, John managed RMA testing on Versa routers, conducted firewall configurations, and installed alarm systems for various clients. Prior to this, John earned a CISSP certification from Kennesaw State University and worked as a Workforce Coordinator for Onepath LLC, providing support for AT&T's Digital Life services. Additional experience includes communications roles at Sertec Corporation and Kennesaw State University, as well as serving as a Helpdesk Administrator at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, where John supported over 600 users and managed IT issues. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in African and African Diaspora Studies from Kennesaw State University, completed in 2017.
