Genesis Sun CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise. We exist to unlock the potential of young black people, enabling them to be strong, confident and resilient and empowering them to make significant and lasting contributions to society as a whole.

We provide educational entertainment programme events for young black people to strengthen mindsets, uplift academic achievement and grow self-worth. Genesis Sun collaborates with schools, parents, and inspirational role models to inspire and encourage our young community to dream big and develop their talents and gifts.  

Genesis Sun also supports the growth and development of underserved communities. We actively grow awareness and interest in underrepresented industry sectors, sectors that our community may not ordinarily have access to, providing career readiness training to enhance opportunities for future success. We affiliate with corporate organisations to support the delivery of equity, diversity and inclusion agendas by helping to fill critical talent gaps. We believe that everyone, regardless of race, gender and ethnicity deserves an equal opportunity to reach their full potential.
