Heather Lins serves as the VP of Operations & Sales at Genesis since April 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the functionality and interactions of recruiting, sales, and client servicing operations. Previously, Heather held roles such as Recruiting Manager and Technical Recruiter & Sales Associate, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referencing engineering and construction personnel across various technical industries, including specialty chemical, oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, marine and shipbuilding, and power. Earlier experience includes a position as Recruiting Assistant at Quality Technical Services, Inc. from January 2005 to January 2007.
