Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Business Development Executive at Bank of America, where they delivered consulting solutions and developed new client relationships. Steve also worked as a Manager of Recruiting Services at Genesis10 and as an Account Manager at TEKsystems, where they managed client relationships and provided staffing solutions to various organizations.
Steve Wistrcill has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended North High School for an unspecified period of time. From 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. In 2006, Steve attended AIRS, where they focused on talent sourcing and obtained a Certificate in Talent Sourcing. Lastly, in 2013, they enrolled in the Human Capital Institute to further their knowledge in Talent Management/Strategy and earned a degree in Strategic Workforce Planning.
