Steve Wistrcill

Steve Wistrcill has extensive work experience in various roles related to business strategy, account management, and recruiting services. Steve recently worked as the Managing Director - Strategic Programs at Genesis10, delivering advisory and execution services for clients in the Financial Services and Government sectors. Prior to that, they held positions such as Business Strategy Executive, Strategic Account Director, and Strategic Account Manager at the same company, where they focused on building relationships, providing solution design, and managing executive relationships with clients. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Business Development Executive at Bank of America, where they delivered consulting solutions and developed new client relationships. Steve also worked as a Manager of Recruiting Services at Genesis10 and as an Account Manager at TEKsystems, where they managed client relationships and provided staffing solutions to various organizations.

Steve Wistrcill has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended North High School for an unspecified period of time. From 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. In 2006, Steve attended AIRS, where they focused on talent sourcing and obtained a Certificate in Talent Sourcing. Lastly, in 2013, they enrolled in the Human Capital Institute to further their knowledge in Talent Management/Strategy and earned a degree in Strategic Workforce Planning.
