Chen Subramanian

Chen Subramanian currently serves as the Director of Project Management at GENESYS Systems Integrator since September 2020. Previously, Chen held various roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2010 to September 2020, including Conveyor and Facility Group Manager for NAFTA, Manufacturing Launch Manager, and Process and Torque Tooling Manager. In these positions, Chen demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills while managing engineering and launch teams and overseeing multiple manufacturing processes. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Manager at Design Systems, Inc., where Chen coordinated complex projects and supervised engineering teams. Chen holds a Master of Science in Robotics & Control Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
