George Crawford

George Crawford is the Director of Houston at Genesys Works. Prior to joining Genesys Works, George was the President/COO of Roywell, LLC from July 2018 to January 2020. George has also served as the Interim CIO of RES Energy Solution, LKCM from January 2011 to December 2012.

George has a proven track record in leading and developing efficient process driven organizations. At Roywell, they worked with the management team to create an organization where employees could thrive and deliver safe and quality solutions to customers. At RES Energy Solution, they were responsible for assessing the technology environment and business processes/internal controls as well as creating a cross-business shared services model. George also created short-term objectives and initiatives to stabilize the current technology platform, including new security initiatives, WAN/LAN design, and business continuity planning.

George is a visionary leader with a passion for developing people and organizations. George is dedicated to helping others reach their full potential and is always looking for ways to improve processes. George’s experience and skills make him an invaluable asset to any organization.

George Crawford's educational career began at Memorial and Westchester High Schools. George then attended the University of Houston, where they received a BBA in Management Information Systems with a minor focus in Accounting. George graduated with honors from the University of Houston.
