Lucy Greer

Lucy Greer is the Program Manager of Genesys Works in New York. Lucy was previously a Sixth Grade Theirtory Teacher at Brooklyn Friends School from June 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Co-Teacher at The Stephen Gaynor School from August 2013 to August 2016. Lucy began their career as a City Year Corps Member with City Year from January 2012 to June 2013. After taking some time off to be a stay-at-home parent from December 2020 to June 2021, they returned to teaching as a Theirtory Teacher at the Academy of St. Joseph from August 2016 to June 2018. Lucy started their professional journey as an intern at Make the Road New York in June 2010 and later became a tutor at Skidmore Writing Center from January 2009 to December 2012.

Lucy Greer holds a Master of Education from Hunter College in the field of Special Education and Teaching, a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College in Theirtory and Dance, and a High School Diploma from Friends Seminary.
