Tanya Gapeka

Tanya Gapeka is an experienced professional in measurement and evaluation, currently serving as the Director of Measurement & Evaluation at Genesys Works since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tanya held the position of Sr. Advisor for Impact, Data & Learning at River Wolf Group since July 2020. From July 2013 to July 2020, Tanya acted as the Director of Monitoring & Evaluation at PYXERA Global. Tanya's extensive experience also includes various roles at CDC Development Solutions, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Knowledge & Innovation and Senior Program Manager, among others, from May 2005 to June 2013. Earlier in Tanya's career, positions were held at Counterpart Enterprise Foundation and Counterpart International. Tanya Gapeka earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from The George Washington University, attended from 2000 to 2002.
