Arnaud Donou has over two decades of experience in quality assurance, currently serving as QA Director at Genesys since April 2004, where leadership encompasses a global team of over 20 members across Europe, North America, and Asia, focusing on SDKs, GUI applications for various user roles, and server-side applications. Prior to Genesys, Arnaud held multiple positions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from May 1998 to April 2004, progressing from QA Engineer to QA Team Lead and ultimately QA Manager, with responsibilities centered around CSTA protocol tests in both manual and automated capacities within contact center environments. Arnaud Donou completed education at ENIB from 1991 to 1997.
